im glad i did my IS assignment before training today. wa. im preparing myself to die when i wake up tmr. i can already feel the worsen of muscle aches. i thought tuesday's training was gonna kill me, after it was over i thought i kinda survived. but thursdays the coach comes down for training. after the usual weights and statics training, we had to do CIRCUIT. it's doing statics all over again with running. i already want to die after statics training which consists of sets of burpees (the full kind. with the push up part), sit ups and push ups (with this yoga thing as one more step). sumore for circuit, coach got record everyone's timing. among the girls of cuz i was last. 9min 5 sec to finish ONLY 3 sets of 10 with 3 back and forth laps of shutter run after each set. while the girls did 3 sets with 9 15 21 with 3 2 1 laps of shutter run after each set. i do less shit but i run more. heng ah. i rather run that bit more.the last time i did such an intense workout was 6 years go, with NCC trainings at sec 3. but sec 4 onwards i slack alr. but still got mass runs twice every weeks for every other girl in school. so still got maintain the running part. after o levels finish, go poly, never train as hardcore as NCC already. now ah, it's just like NCC all over again with the bonus of rowing. wa lao. come to think of it. i last train this hard 6 years ago. no wonder im dying now. haha. SO FLABBY. planning to do up a blogshop that sells plus size clothings. pre-orders, not instocks. means that i collate orders and payment from ladies then i order, not order random stocks and keep (instocks). need comments! |
