the entire right arm, hand and shoulder aches now. harmony n i expected it to happen last night cuz after we finished off the wii with boxing we could feel our arms being itchy and all. you know like how you feel after a workout. good to tone up flabby arms. but wasnt expecting my shoulder to ache too. woo ytd harmony gave me a good shoulder massage while waiting for the boys to do up the wii. thx dear! (:
