OH. i seem to see the link now between transformers one and twwooo now. with that symbols thingyy. so sam's great great grandfather kena "zap" in the eye by megatron when he accidentally restarted its navigation system. besides getting the location of the allsparks imprinted in the glasses, he started seeing symbolssss & writing them out everythinggg. thus he got on the newspaper, which sam showed to his class during present time during e 1st few scenes of e 1st movie. at e end of the 1st movie, sam used the cube to kill megatron. but there was a small piece of it left that optimus prime kept. i thiiiink sam kept that piece n kinda accidentally got himself "zapped" by it in the 2nd movie, thus started seeing the same symbols like his great great grandfather. sounds logical?
